I didn't see an option to reopen so I chose incomplete. Konqueror 3.5.9 still exhibits this behavior. If you have any profile that opens more than 1 tab e.g., (n), you will see n empty tabs alongside any link that actually opens up a new instance of that profile. |

It is, however, fixed in Konqueror 4.1.1. |
