[Breezy] Konqueror no more installable

Bug Description
Breezy
Konqueror got uninstall for some reason, and I cannot re-install it with
apt-get install konqueror
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
konqueror: Depends: kdebase-kio-plugins but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
Trying to install kdebase-kio-plugins shows that dbus-1 is to blame (will file bug report too).
