problem with default wallpaper selection

Sorry about the lack of a description, I hit the wrong key.

Anyway, having just installed kde-core to get a basic KDE desktop, I fired up
control-center to set my desktop background. The default background was set to
"KDE34". When I changed this to "KDE 3.4 Default" (they seem to specify the same
wallpaper) the dropdown list stopped functioning and I had to switch to a
different settings pane and then back again to get it to work. After having done
this the KDE34 entry seems to have dissapeared.

There no longer exists a KDE34 option (since we're KDE35 now) and no corresponding KDE35 option to mess this up. I couldn't reproduce. Can you, with updated packages?
