special window settings makes kdeinit5 crash

In KDE 5 at every window if you right click on the decoration bar and click on "more settings -> special window settings/ special application settings" dr konqui shows -- this is reproducible always at my machine.

The backtrace shoes 3 stars but kdeinit5 has no adress so drkonqui doesnt let me report the bug.
