Well. I am getting this error in kubuntu 7.04 and i am unable to browse sites with konqueror.
Even KDE 3.5.7 installation didn't resolve this problem. However there is a little workaround for this problem: you can disable local cache in services menu and than it works.

I get the same error and disabling cache makes it work. I am running on kdebase-3.5.6 which is the stable one on kubuntu. It also works if I type kdesu konqueror even with cache enabled. I do get the following warnings though

Thanks for reporting this bug. Try to reproduce this bug, launching Konqueror from command line and paste the output.

Well the only message that i've got from the command line is the already in a subject of this bug report. Unfortunately i can't trigger it any more, because my installation was modified since then. I've performed many upgrades(even non official). Here is my current KDE package list:

So, this bug is not currently reproducible in your installation. In this case the best solution seems close this report and reopen if someone will experience it again. Do you agree?
