- Added patch to set the pidfile to the place the init script expects
* debian/kdm-kde4.templates:
- Changed value for default-display-manager to use the full path of
the kdm executible

- debian/patches/57_improve_genkdmconf_build.diff
- debian/patches/58_fix_genkdmconf_sessionsdirs_handling.diff
- debian/kdm-kde4.links, which is setting the default user icon and
sets an oxygen replacement for the old KDE logo
* Removed:
- debian/patches/09_genkdm_make.diff replaced in
56_fix_genkdmconf_build.diff with upstream fix.
* Renamed debian/kdm.README.Debian to kdm-kde4.README.Debian
* Changed:
- debian/patches/07_kdmrc_defaults.diff added proper font usage
and enabled antialiasing
- debian/kdm-kde4.init to use current KDE 4 paths and added a rule
to kill upslash if it is still running
- debian/kdm-kde4.install to not install the old KDE logo (we link the
new oxygen version with kdm-kde4.links)
