Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Plasma-desktop doesn't start. After login I have every time black screen or screen with wallper from login screen , no panel , kwin is enabled. Bug was appear when I pressed Alt + F2 and typed "plasma-desktop"

This problem is still in package 4.3.90

I can only workaround this by adding in system settings -> advance -> autostart script desktop-file "plasa-desktop" , but this is not solution I think.
