Bug Description

Hi.
I need to change fonts and to disable antialising for qt4/kde4 applications in 9.04. I have installed systemsettings and when i launch it, i can see only icons and emoticons in Appearance. Settings for fonts aren´t available. So i'm not able to change it.
Or is any other way how can i disable antialising/subpixel hinting and change fonts?
If it would be a feature not bug, sorry, because i've started trying Ubuntu and I'm newbie in the Ubuntu's world.
Thanks.

A fix has been committed for the next packaging release in the development version in Kubuntu 9.10.
To get the font config module in 9.04, you can install the kdebase-workspace-bin package.
