KDE4.1 comes back on logon screen after logon

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

I have completed the upgrade from 8.04.1 (KDE4.0, AMD64) to 8.10 AMD64
Since then, I have not the ability to start a graphical session under KDE: screen comes back to logon screen
