Comment 80 for bug 280997

Noticed that if I turn the mouse off, (after registering successfully and working fine), link is not re-established when the mouse is turned back on and I have to delete the device and re-register it in device manager. This is not a major problem but could be the same issue that others are reporting with data devices, if the link is lost during data transmission for example.
