[Intrepid] Coverswitch is missing textarea showing the name of current selected application

Bug Description

Coverswitch used to have a textarea containing the icon and application name of the currently selected window, the one in the front. In the upstream version this is a built in feature - it cannot be disabled. In Intrepid it is missing, in Hardy it was available.

If you have patched the effect please add an option to enable this feature again. It is damned useful.

If you need screenshots please ask for it.

Caused by kubuntu_17_kwin_branch.diff needs to be fixed before final since it is a regression over official 4.1.2

Changed in kdebase-workspace:
