#54: In the resize issue left-to-right then up-to-down and up-to-down then left-to-right are not different cases since plasmoids can be resized simultaneously in both directions. Currently even left-to-right and right-to-left are not different since the handle appears on the side which is closer to the mouse. What makes a difference is up-to-down and down-to-up because with the current method only either the top or the bottom edge can be moved - currently the top which corresponds to a down-to-up arrangement.
