Resize plasmoid use cases.

Well, I can imagine four use cases related to plasmoid resizing.

Two cases are easy to accomplish (the actual implementation), the other two are a bit less easy.

I've done an image which explains the cases.

Case "C" shows one of the two "difficult" task (the fourth case is equal, it changes only the direction: right instead of left)

The main difference is that the first two cases are solved with only one human action, the third (and the fourth) needs two user actions (one move and one resize). Probably users could not well understand why it is more harder to do the same thing on the opposite direction (down).

P.S: There are even four additional use cases: when the user want a smaller plasmoid, but the cases are almost equals.
