Impossible to change screen resolution in kde4

Bug Description

Binary package hint: systemsettings-kde4

Kubuntu Hardy 8.04 with KDE 4.0.4 packages.

I go to Systemsettings->Display because I want to change the screen resolution but the buttons are disabled
