Veromix plasmoid not working in Kubuntu 13.04

Bug Description

After I install plasma-widget-veromix and try to add the plasmoid to system tray I get red x with the following tooltip:

could not create a python scriptengine for the veromix widget

Using Kubuntu Raring 13.04a2.

Reassigning to kdebase since googling shows this error is not specific to any one widget.

This defect main not be a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pykde4/+bug/1124479
The duplicate has been fixed pykde4 - 4:4.10.1-0ubuntu1, but this defect remains. I have installed
