knotify4 crashes while system turn off

I am turning off the system using leave shutdown using kde menu.
After a while a popup window comes on.
On the window:

A Fatal Error Occured
The application knotify (knotify4) crashed and caused the signal 6 (SIGABRT).

Please help us improve the software KDE .....

After clicking ok system turns off. Without clicking ok system hangs on until clicking ok.

I can not copy and paste all the detailes after click ok system turns off.

I can take a picture of this error if wanted.

I Installed Kdebase-runtime-dbg . Big download 188 megs.

Sİnce my last post I installed lots of updates hopining fixes this error but problem still exist on my side.
I will also send a bug report to KDE bugs site.

Checked KDE bugs.
The crash happenes when there are open windows like thunderbird firefox and try to shutdown or restart kubuntu.
When I close all windows crash does not happen.

One trick:
The crash happens when I try to restart or shutdown the system with firefox and thunderbird open.
No problem when I close all windows.

I'm not sure that the crash happens when there are are some windows open. I tried and it is not so for me.
I tried with an other user, and same issue.
I solved this problem with purge kubuntu-default-settings
If reinstall this package the issue returns

My bug seems to be fixed with the latest updates on KDE.
