Bug Description
I not sure it's related to nouveau driver, but I try to provide maximum information.
I try nouveau development brunch from xorg-edgers ppa for OpenGL compositing and games month ago with Kubuntu Maverick Alpha 2. It's work very well (even Portal game by Valve is work on maximum video settings) on my video adater (GT240M), but because some reasons I back to Lucid until Beta release.
Now Beta is out, I download it, install, update from xorg-edgers ppa, try to enable compositing, but no luck this time - OpenGL compositing not work, only XrandR. Okay, I purge xorg-edgers ppa and install nVidia 256.53 driver (I use jockey for installation). But I no get luck this time too - I can not enable OpenGL compositing even with nVidia driver. Driver install fine and work: "NVIDIA X Server Settings" confirm - driver running.
It's KDE bug or nVidia driver bug?

It is definitely not a kubuntu-meta bug.
