Shortcut keys does not work with Spanish language

Bug Description

No shortcut key works with Spanish language in KDE4 (Alt+F, Alt+Tab, Ctrl+F2, etc). They work with US English.

Please attach your $HOME/.kde4/share/config/kglobalshortcutsrc to this report. I supsect some translation issue.

You might also want to remove this file and see whether it fixes the issue (as the bug might already be fixed in KDE 4.0.1)
