No action for deb files in konqueror

Bug Description

There are no options for deb files (expect open with Ark) in konqueror. We need
the servicemenu at http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=23981 to
have specific actions for Debian packages.

It would add entries to the Action Menu:
Install Package
Uninstall Package
Show Installed Files

Rather than including yet another package in main, the files should be patched
into kdebase.

The Ubuntu/GNOME sister bug is at:

we now have kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts for this, which needs to be moved into main (and maybe added as a dependency of

I can confirm this. A .deb must be openable.

By the way there are some more broken links from filetype --> application concerning such simple things like opening a .wav file!
