2. Reboot.

KDE loaded without plasma.

Well. After update, package plasma-desktop not been installed/removed/updated. I installed this package and problem with plasma has been fixed.

This System Settings crash is unrelated to your plasma issues. The issue that your computer was reporting was an error that occurred while you were using the Printer configuration part of System Settings.
