Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdeaddons
Config in use:
Dual monitor, 2 kicker panels, latest updates for Ubuntu Feisty Fawn installed.
To reproduce the bug/issue:
Set the panel to autohide (say 2 seconds) - then hover mouse over panel and select one of the tray icons by right-clicking to display the icon's menu - for example the OO quickstarter icon (any icon will do). Let the kicker panel begin to auto-hide while you're still hovering over the menu of the systray icon - at this point the screen switches between blank and the current screen (this occurs only on the monitor displaying the particular kicker panel) - moving the cursor over the systray icon menu (activated by the right-click) is very very slow.
To stop the behaviour it is necessary to move the mouse pointer away and let the menu lose focus in order for it to cease the flickering behaviour.
Did this problem happen to carry over to either Gutsy or Hardy and is it still able to be reproduced? Thanks!
