Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdeaccessibility

I just installed ktts manager to check out the text to speech in Kubuntu 9.04 Alpha 4 and it crashed when I selected "speak clipboard contents". I had the British speaking festival voice selected in the options.

I was able to run the ktts manager again and get it to speak. It seems to crash sometimes, while working a little-bit at other times.
