Bug Description

Binary package hint: casper

I'm testing kubuntu 11.04 on a live usb.
When desktop appear I get a warning about wrong permission on file /home/ubuntu/.local/share/user-places.xbel.

This file doesn't exist and the share folder has 700 permission.

It happens on every boot.

Looks like a duplicate/regression of bug #627815.

Maybe we should fix it rather than working around it and then dropping the workaround every 3 months :P
