incorrect interpretation of '% d' as '%d'

Bug Description

Go here:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/kde4libs/+pots/kdelibs4/ro/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=View+Width

The original string is "% of View Width". I want to translate it as "% din lățimea vizualizării". Because I have "% d", rosetta doesn't let me translate this string and rejects my submission.

Well, this is a problem in kde4libs as that string should not be tagged as c-format

Here is the row entry:

#: obj-sparc-linux-gnu/kate/ui_appearanceconfigwidget.h:200
#, c-format
msgid "% of View Width"
msgstr ""

In this case po file should be:

#: obj-sparc-linux-gnu/kate/ui_appearanceconfigwidget.h:200
msgid "% of View Width"
msgstr ""
