okular starts with tiny initial window size since zesty update

Bug Description
Since upgrading to Ubuntu 17.04 (zesty), okular starts up with an initial window size which is much too small (640x480 pixels, which is tiny on my screen). Each time I invoke okular I first have to adjust the window size to something useable, but the next time I invoke it, the problem returns. This happens even if I run okular as a new test user, without configuration files. It occurs under XFCE4 and Unity, at least (I haven't tried other desktop environments).
