Can't forbid konqueror to try to save passwords, and make NetworkManager remember WiFi passphrases at the same time...

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde4base

It is impossible to achieve following goals:
1. prevent konqueror from proposing to save password for web sites
2. prevent NetworkManager from asking password for WiFi

If kwallet is running, NetworkManager remembers WiFi pass phrases, but konqueror asks stupid questions "should it save password" which I will never ever allow to any web site..

If kwallet is not running, konueror becomes nice and silent, but NetworkManager requires me to type in WiFi passowrd every time... pretty annoying.

Seems like some level of control is missing.
