Bug Description
kde-workspace package needs to be rebuild in order to generate kwin-gles binary which is optimized for mobile devices.
The change includes adding libegl1-mesa-dev and libgles2-mesa-dev to build-dependencies and double-building kde-workspace. As the result, kde-workspace will provide two new gles packages which will Break/Conflicts with their non-gles counterparts: kde-window-
