Bug Description
It's all in the title.
Since a few days I cannot run KDE Window Manager as it requires a library I don't have.
And don't want to.
I expect that any upgrade will either pull the required dependencies or warn about a new package to be installed.
None of the two happened.

Hi mesa-drivers, which the kde-window-manager correctly depends on. Can you make sure that you have that package installed?
That file comes from the libegl1-
It is impossible for KWin to work without this package since we build KWin with wayland and EGL support.
