Bug Description
I have two daily builds, running Kubuntu 12.10 in VMWare Player Virtual Machines. I keep the daily builds up-to-date with a:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
On both, I have added the Speller widget to Task Manager Panel, which I have set to Auto-hide.
On Kubuntu 12.04, when I click on the Speller widget, its window pops to the foreground, covering the lower right corner of (say) rekonq.
On Kubuntu 12.10, it seems to stay in the background behind (say) rekonq.

[08:23] <Riddell> mparillo: it should be kdeplasma-addons but that's an upstream bug so bugs.kde.org is a better place to report it
[08:23] <Riddell> in launchpad it's unlikely to get any attention
[08:24] <mparillo> I will update in launchpad and add to bugs.kde.org, thank you.
[08:24] <Riddell> and that /might/ be a window management issue
