[patch] Does not work in Plasma 5

This is on Zesty with kde-thumbnail-openoffice 1.0.0-0ubuntu5 with dolphin 4:16.12.3-0ubuntu2 (KDE frameworks 5.36.0, Qt 5.7.1).

This has worked in the past. In particular signed OpenDocument were marked with a 'certificate' icon insert, which was very useful.

"There is no need to install the full Calligra 3.0, but the OpenDocument thumbnailer needs to be compiled as a KF5 version, otherwise Dolphin will not use them.

I suggest to report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution, asking them to apply that patch."
