Dialog for "Network settings" doesn't fit on 1024x768 screen

Bug Description
Hi,
on my computer it's impossible to see the bottom part of the "Network settings"
("Netzwerk-
Even when I hide the control bar some parts are not visible. My screen size is
1024x768 which should by suitable for such applications.
This problem happens under Kubuntu 5.10.

Although what you state is true and needs fixing, maximising it shows the whole
window, however that is not the whole problem.
The problem is, that it states to change any settings, press the Administrator
button. No administrator button is shown on the form.
The only way to update settings via this gui is to log into "Network Settings"
as root.
