Bug Description

Under configure date & time, Time Zone, Australia/Brisbane is listed as "AEDT". Brisbane (And in fact Queensland) does not observe daylight savings. It should be listed as "AEST"..

See: http://www.australia.gov.au/about-australia/facts-and-figures/time-zones-and-daylight-saving

Additionally, Perth (Australia/Perth) shows as "AWDT", which isn't actually a real timezone (Western Australia has only ever had trials of Daylight savings -- they are not heat affected enough to think they need more daylight) -- they should be AWST (as per the government link I supplied)

System Settings: 4.11.11
KDE Development Platform: 4.13.3
Qt: 4.8.6
Ubuntu: 14.04.3 LTS
