Bug Description

This one might be a duplicate of Bug #22846. It's still annoying though:

In Feisty (but it connects also with Edgy) if you enter the system-settings applet, there are several windows out there, which are simply nearly unusable for lower resolutions users, I'm using 1024x768 and i have to scroll the windows content every time i want to install a language support, or change the mouse settings etc. It isn't very comfortable, but there's a plenty of free, unused space on these forms which - i think - can be used smartly. Couldn't these windows be shrinked a bit so as to make users use them without scrolling and scrolling again? It seems it's everything allright with it in kcontrol, but why not in systemsettings?
