kde style qtcurve doesnt apply changes

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-style-qtcurve

i got a fresh installation of kubuntu gutsy (daily from 28.8.2007)
i downloaded kde-style-qtcurve.

when i go to systemsettings i can use it, but i cant make any changes:

i can import configurations, but they dont apply in the preview area nor on my desktop if i hit apply.

it is solved by setting the right permissions to the .config folder in your home directory.
this folder should be owned by the user and not by root.

this was probably set by dolphin's open as root option, in an alpha release..
