Bug Description
1. Open system settings and maximize
2. Attach a camera via USB (*)
3. Open Digital Camera settings
4. Select and Open the specific camera settings
6. Invoke the screenshot tool (I usually press PrtScrn button)
7. Select
7.1 Area:Window under the cursor
7.2 Delay: On click
7.3 Include window titlebar and borders
8. Take a new snapshot
9. click the cross over the specific camera settings window title bar
Expected: a screenshot of the clicked window
Actual: a screenshot of the general camera settings window
Happens: ALWAYS
(*) this is how I found it. maybe there are easier ways, though.

Title: 'Window under cursor' works more like 'all windows of an application'
This KDE-bug was registered just recently – it's not a packacking-bug. So the Kubuntu-Team cannot do very much about it.
