The same problem on Ubuntu 12.04
with Linux kenorb-HP-Compaq-8100-Elite-SFF-PC 3.5.0-8-generic #8-Ubuntu SMP Sat Aug 4 06:44:57 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

The error:
*** glibc detected *** /usr/bin/nepomukservicestub: invalid fastbin entry (free): 0x0000000001d373e0 ***

Lots of applications just started to crash it-self and machine slow down (kswapd0 started to use 100% CPU).
