Search in dolphin not working

Bug Description

When I try to search something in dolphin in Kubuntu 15.04 I always get error "Invalid protocol" and when show more options in search panel all radio-buttons are always disabled.

I reported this into KDE Bugtracking System here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346690. But it seems to be a downstream/packaging bug, kde-baseapps (15.04) should contain the filenamesearch ioslave.
