How to reproduce:
Open kcolorchooser
Define a new color f.e. #990066
Add to customer defined colors
Close kcolorchooser -> ok
Re open kcolorchooser
No customer defined colors saved at all.

Ubuntu 16.10 (yakkety) reached end-of-life on July 20, 2017.
