Touchpad configuration does not appear in Plasma 5 system-settings

Bug Description

On Kubuntu 15.04 with kcm-touchpad 0.0+git20140305-0ubuntu1, the touchpad configuration page does not appear in the System Settings application of Plasma 5. Previously with Kubuntu 14.10 on the same hardware, the touchpad configuration page was displayed properly under Input Devices.

Right, the port needs releasing upstream, we're aware of the issue and have a list of KCM's that need to be released before the final 15.04 release. So I'm setting the bug to Invalid since I can't think of a better status which would go along the lines of "Yes, we know, but upstream needs to release the port".

Thanks for reporting the bug though!
