In KDE, adds a file association for every file type

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kchmviewer
After installing kchmviewer, I noticed when right-clicking the "Open with..." option in any KDE file manager, that there is an "KchmViewer" entry.
On closer inpection in KDE System Settings/File Associations, I notice that there is a KchmViewer association for every file type.
Purging the package does not remove these entries.
In addition to confirming the bug, could someone please explain how to remove all these entries as they are seriously messing up my file manager usage. Thanks.)
