Bug Description

Binary package hint: kchmviewer

im using kubuntu ibex, did apt-get install kchmviewer. after installing ive tried opening it on konsole with typing in kchmviewer, i cant see the content of all files but it says

An error occurred while loading ms-its:/home/kabotage/folder/bookname::/jscriptpr2-CHP-1-SECT-1.7.html:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
 klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'ms-its'
