Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The changes from 1:0.1.98svn2318-4ubuntu1 have been merged into 1:0.1.98svn2318-5.
1:0.1.98svn2318-4ubuntu2 renamed Vcs-* to XS-Debian-Vcs-* which can be dropped
when syncing.
