Bug Description
1.Begin one installation;
2.Choose "Find your layout by pressing some keys" to choose the layout;
3.Ensure your layout is not "American English";
4.Click "Select form full keyboard list" to set "American English" as the keyboard
layout;
5.Go to the next, and manually config network, now you will find the keyborad layout
is not "American English".
