Bug Description
Would be nice to be able to set the height and width manually by keyboard input in the 'Set Region' window.
Sometimes you might want to record a video in exactly 320x240px to e.g. include it into an presentation...

I concur. Also some video formats only accept certain fixed resolutions, and you might want to encode to one of those.
