kazam errors out unable to find any typelib for AppIndicator3

On kubuntu (and possibly kubuntu specific)

invoking kazam gives

RROR Kazam - Could not find any typelib for AppIndicator3

Hence kazam cannot be used at all.

in 1124941 they concluded that such bug does not affect quantal, so this bug should not be a duplicate.
