Bug Description
in the opening dialog:
File name:fish:
results in:
hosts
File not found.
Please verify the correct file name was given.
however on the command line:
robert@lappi:~$ kate fish://
works fine.
on a side note:
on ubuntu 14.x kate allowed to open a non existing file, which was created when it was saved the first time.
Now I get exactly the same "File not found" dialog.
maybe the two peculiarities have a common root (if not it would be nice to reimplement this features)
