Bug Description
When Kaffeine is missing a codec, it fails silently. For the new user, there is no way to tell what's gone wrong, and no clues as to how to fix it.
The only way to debug it is to use the --verbose option and skim through gobs of irrelevant stuff, hoping that you'll know enough about codecs to tell what's the error and what is not.
Please add an error reporting facility that pops up and explains what kind of codec is missing.
