Unable to forward/rewind a Real Video 4.0 file using the slider

Binary package hint: kaffeine

When I open a Real Video 4.0 file, I can't use the slider to move forward or rewind. If I try to move it, as soon as I select the point I want to watch, the slider return to the original position. The problem appears only in file .rm which are detected as Real Video 4.0. Real Video 3.0 flies do not have this issue.
