kaffeine does not mention missing propietary codecs

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kaffeine

What happens:

When atempting to play a propietary video (AVI file) Kaffeine does not let the user know the system is missing codecs. this might make the users feel like Kaffeine is broken.

What should happen:

Kaffeine should mention the lack of codecs, it might be a bonus to even mention the packages to install or fire up kpackage kit.
