It can scan channels successfully (it find all channels) but when i open tv mode, nothing append.
My dvb card work with mplayer.

in kaffeine menu configuration->configure my tv->device 1, there is :
name : Conexant CX22702 DVB-T

Kaffeine is completely rewrite, but could you test bug with kaffeine 1.0pre2? It's available on my-ppa. Check my profile. You can download .deb from my profile [ppa] or add repositories to your /etc/apt/sources.list

it's better.
when i select the channel x, i can see osd "channel : x".
but there is still an error : "impossible de trouver un périphérique appropié" which means "unable to find an appropriate device" :/

might not be the same thing but is hal running? i had what sounds like the same problem but it was caused by kaffeine trying to 'get property' from hal, but hal isnt running so it needed to be started manually. i believe hal is in the process of being deprecated(?)

In deed. hal is not running and when i start kaffeine in a terminal, there is some error messages :

QStringList Solid::Backends::Hal::HalManager::findDeviceByDeviceInterface(const Solid::DeviceInterface::Type&) error: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown"

i tried to restart hald manually but it does nothing :/
